Her HR experiences include recruiting, staffing, performance development, workplace learning, and a host of other HR management-related areas. She is a board development advisor, coach, and consultant specializing in leadership training and development, change/knowledge management, team building, employee recognition, and diversity. Shirley is a certified DISC behavioral model facilitator and utilizes the assessment tool in many of her workshops.
